We are dedicated to protecting your privacy while you are using or accessing this Site. This Online Privacy Policy applies solely to the Site. Once you enter another web site, via a link provided on the Site or by other methods, we are no longer responsible for the privacy practices of the linked site. You should review the privacy statements of those web sites as posted on the individual web sites. We reserve the right to collect use and user statistics from the Site. Use and user statistics will be used to track information such as visitor interests, which may be used to enhance and improve the Site in the future; however, such use and user statistics do not include personally identifiable information. Generally, no personally identifiable information is tracked or collected on the generally accessible portions of the Site, unless you voluntarily provide such information to us via web forms or surveys on the Site. However, if you access certain portions of the Site by using a particular account authorized by us and/or a user name and password, certain information including your user name and password will be collected and identified with the information we have on file for that user name, and the information and materials you access and actions you take while logged on with that user name, will be tracked by us.
We do not sell or otherwise distribute names or other personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing, sales or any other purposes. Except as noted herein, any personally identifiable information received by us is used solely for internal purposes and is not shared with any nonaffiliated organizations unless required to do so by law, upon governmental request or in response to a court order.
The Site is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect any personally identifiable information, whether or not such information is voluntarily provided, from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian accesses the Site on behalf of a person under the age of 13, that parent or guardian is responsible for protecting that childβs personally identifiable information.
Super Duper Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge.
As a customer, you are responsible for the following:
Allowing access into and out of the area of service
Notifying our team if there is a change of needs including increasing frequency of servicing, any additional stations installed, and additional add on services requested
Area to be serviced must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves, snow and debris for our re-DOO guarantee to be effective (though this is not a requirement for us to scoop your service area). Although we will make every effort to make your areas 100% clean, our pooper scoopers understandably cannot clean what they cannot see. If visibility is a concern, you will be notified on your scoop ticket.
If the customer requests come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customerβs bill.
Billing:
A late fee of $8.00 will be applied to the account for any amount that remains unpaid for over 30 days.
Initial scoops or cleanings after a significant pause in service may be subject to a higher fee due to accumulated waste. There may be a $20 fee added at the time of your first cleaning, if it has been more than two weeks since your yard was last cleaned of dog waste.
(This does not apply to One-Time cleanings, which are done on a per hour basis.)
Clients with an unpaid account balance of over 45 days will be required to pay all overdue balances and put down a $100 deposit before services can be reinstated. This deposit will be applied toward any initial scoop charges to account for the extra waste accumulation during the lapse in service. Any deposit balance remaining after the initial scoop will be applied toward future visits.
Pricing and promotions are subject to change. In the rare event that this occurs, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. Cancellation of regular services prior to one month of scoopings will result in forfeiture of any signup promotions.
Severe weather may make it hazardous for our scoopers to be outside to complete all scheduled visits for a day. When this occurs, you will be notified by our team if your cleaning will be missed. Missed scoops will be rescheduled later in the week, if possible. You will not be charged for scoops that cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Super Duper Scoopers does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Yearβs Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.
In times when your dog(s) will not be using the yard (e.g. vacation, illness) and you would like to avoid paying for an unnecessary visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like a cleaning to be skipped. Please notify us at least a week in advance if your cleaning to be skipped falls on a holiday week.
Super Scoopers does not assume any liability for damage made to gates, yards, pets or any other property.
Our team may take photos of your pet(s) for social media posts. If you wish for us not to post pictures of your pet(s), simply let us know by e-mailing us at service.superduperscoopers@gmail.com.
Either party may terminate service at any time. To terminate service, please email service.superduperscoopers@gmail.com or call (681) 248-0669. Upon termination notification, your card will be charged for any outstanding balances (if applicable).
Cancellation of regular recurring services after the first two visits will result in the first visit pricing to change to our one-time service fee, which is based on time to service the area. Please refer to our pricing for one-time cleanings for reference.
By initiating service, you agree to the listed service terms and conditions and give Super Scoopers permission to enter your premises and perform services.
If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late Super Duper Scoopers will turn your account over to collections.

The following are items we charge extra for:
Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/Gallon Sprayed)
Installing pet Waste stations (varies by size and quantity)
Come Back request ($5/time)
Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($5/visit)
Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)
